Wave House is situated in on the shores of Lough Corrib,out here in the wilds of County Galway's old Connemara district, not far from the local towns of Oughterard (Irish: Uachtar Ard) and Clifden.

Although in a remote, peaceful, 'get-away-from-it-all' corner of Ireland it is nevertheless fairly easy to get to by road (or by helicopter if you happen
to have one). Intenational visitors will also find airport transfers easy.
